Undeprecate SHOW SLAVE STATUS NOLOCK syntax in 5.6

Previously we have deprecated SHOW SLAVE STATUS NOLOCK in 5.6 in favor of SHOW SLAVE STATUS NONBLOCKING, which was 5.7 syntax at a time. Unfortunately, that was a mistake, as 5.7 removed NONBLOCKING syntax, and now regular SHOW SLAVE STATUS is not blocking there anymore.
Thus, for 5.6, both NOLOCK and NONBLOCKING should be treated equally.
