Standardize thread id in show engine innodb status in 5.5/5.6

As described here: http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=69437 and here: http://www.chriscalender.com/?p=1456, show engine innodb status references threads in the semaphore and transactions sections using two different formats. The output should be standardized to use one or the other.

A fix has been pushed to 5.7, however this would be useful to include in previous versions as well.
