Remove RocksDB SQL from 5.6 mysqldump output

Remove the MyRocks additions to the 5.6 mysqldump output because we are never going to release MyRocks for PS 5.6 and it causes problems during a 5.6 dump and 5.7 restore because of the terrible upstream decision to move i_s.session_
