Control of QUERY_RESPONSE_TIME query collecting

We should able to control QUERY_RESPONSE_TIME on slave.
We should add variable, something like "query_
1) count just queries from SQL_Slave_Thread (from master)
2) count just queries from slave (from user)
3) both.
Need discuss about control - two variants:
1) Just enable/disable count quiries from SQL_Slave_Thread
2) Full control (as I decribed before - both/sql_
After discussion QA should prepare tests for that.
