Port ALTER TABLE ... RENAME INDEX from the rnt branch

The rnt branch contained a featured implementing ALTER TABLE ... RENAME INDEX for InnoDB tables, i.e. the ability to rename indexes without rebuilding the table.
We should port this feature to the main PS branches.
