Obsolete Rows_read counters in Percona Server 5.6

Rows_read counters in slow extended and SHOW PROCESSLIST have a very fuzzy meaning. See the discussion in bug #721176. Since nobody seems to know what those counters are actually supposed to contain, we should remove them from 5.6.
