add --compress option to mysqlbinlog

Both mysql and mysqldump programs include the -C, --compress options "Use compression in server/client protocol". The mysqlbinlog command should also have this capability as mysqlbinlog in mysql 5.6 has the --raw and --never-stop capabilities which is very useful to pull binlogs across the internet for DR purposes. Using the compressed protocol would help reduce bandwidth and speed up transfers. May want to also consider adding ssl options for similar reasons. Basically given that mysqlbinlog has --read-
