Merge MySQL 5.6.30.

Verify and revert upstream fix for https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-server/+bug/1475107 / http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=77684, keep our testcase if necessary.

Revert Percona fix for upstream Bug#79185 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-server/+bug/1519094) as it was fixed by Oracle (commits 93e6f38).

Add missing testcases for:
1. Oracle Bug#74578.
2. Oracle Bug#73556 / lp:1354011
These tests should have been included in 5.6.28.
