Sequential innodb_flush_neighbor_pages

Add another choice for
innodb_
Right now it is 0 and 1 ( disable, enable)
We need to make it
innodb_
where seq is for sequential flushing, that is only pages which are real neighbors
Yasufumi has patch for it.
0 and 1 should be still accepted for compatibility.
5.5.17 is good target.
