Add global and session status counter for size of created tmp tables

Add global and session status counter for size of created temporary tables. According to Stewart "it would likely be possible to increment that on delete of temp table and it probably wouldn't be too bad". This would allow to determine if temporary tables are causing memory problems, and would help in tunning limits for in-memory temporary tables too.
