BUILD/* scripts for Percona Server 5.1

Now that we have Percona Server 5.1 in a Bazaar branch, we should either add Percona-specific build scripts to BUILD/*, or preferably modify the existing ones, so that generic build instructions for MySQL would be applicable to Percona Server as well.

We can then refer to those scripts/instructions in the top-level Makefile rather than say "now change directory to ... and run ./configure <long list of options>...".

Now it applies to all branches: 5.1, 5.5 and I guess 5.6 too now that it's started.
For 5.1, let's add -DUNIV_DEBUG to debug config script too.
