The original decision was not to port it innodb_flush_method=ALL_O_DIRECT to 5.6. We have reconsidered this.

Make sure to address the percona_changed_page_bmp_flush testcase.

The 5.5 test case suite/sys_vars/t/ innodb_flush_method.test has no tests for the actual possible values of innodb_flush_method so is not really relevant to this task unless we want to go ahead and extend the test case to try setting various values and validate the results.

I thought that we had a innodb_flush_method.test testcase that restarts the server with the different options values in a row and writes log. But I cannot find any actual reference to it and percona_changed_page_bmp_flush is its superset anyway. Thus no need to do anything about it, and no need to do anything about the sys_vars test neither.
