The more I think about it, I might should have filed against Xtrabackup.
The other instances I linked to of people getting this message were in the error logs and I was sort of assuming I was getting the message there too. I've just checked though, and I'm only getting this when running a backup.
So I've added percona-xtrabackup as a second project in an attempt to be a little more accurate. (apologies in advance if this was not "TheRightThing")
