Add feature to support supplementary groups.
PAM plugin allows to map groups to MySQL users. This feature has limitation.
Only initial group is supported. This is a request to support supplementary
groups as well.
User can be member of several mapped groups. In this case user will be mapped
to the which came first from authentication string, i.e. order of keys in
authentication string is dominant.
