Most nagios plugins could benefit from a whitelist feature

Many of the plugins such as long query or innodb status could benefit from a white list feature.
Maintenance mode in nagios is good when you have regularly timed issues but the ability to filter out known errors or acceptable long queries would be a fantastic level of monitoring that mysql ent mon does not provide. Something with regex filters stored in a flat file to ignore long running processes or transactions based on user/host/
