Twitter receiver for Users/Hashtags

A command or module which allows adding and removing of twitter users and/or hashes to a channel.

New tweets matching the criteria will be relayed into the given IRC channel. It should be possible to pause the receiver as well as resuming it (not replaying any tweets in the meantime). A possibility of listing the subscribed users/hashtags is mandatory. Very important is a way of throttling the incoming tweets to prevent the bot being flooded by sudden peaks in tweets.
