Piratepad integration

Channels should be connectable to a piratepad, of which the status is sent to the channel. This shouldn't end in spamming the channel. Maybe it is possible to integrate the IRC channel into the small chat window of the Pad.
The process could look like this:
1.) Someone wants recommendations for his idea.
2.) He opens a Pad.
3.) He tells the Bot, to connect this channel to the Bot.
4.) The channel appears in the small pad chat window.
5.) People can use the pad from both sides.
6.) The discussion is over.
7.) The pad is disconnected and can be further used.
Dependencies:
