It should be possible to use IRC, Piratepad, Mumble and the Wiki at the same time.
Piratepad: Fast brainstorming.
Mumble: More bandwidth (voice vs. typing)
Wiki: long lasting information, created in the Piratepad
IRC: constant updates and updates of new information from all former said sources
