Recognizing a footnote

Footnotes should be recognized, and always placed at the bottom.
Since PDF tags are not supported, we must implement a way to detect them by just looking at the footnote rule.
Correlation between the pointer and the footnote will be based on heuristics.
When hyperlinks and structural info will be supported, these algotihms can be refined
