Complete implementation of boxes

Currently, boxes (i.e. arrays of text columns) are just recognized, and are not reflowed. This should be fixed, by implementing an algorithms that detects:
+ When a column is the continuation of another;
+ When the columns are part of a table;
+ When they are not "real" columns, but just "sentences" separated by an horizontal tab (e.g. equations and reference number)
