Lesstif User Interface

PCB comes shipped with a default GTK UI and for those brave people who know how to appreciate it, there happens to be a Lesstif UI as well.
When and if IPC with pcb becomes implemented a pcb-fpw Lesstif UI would become a priority for the users of the pcb Lesstif UI.
