PBR: Being able to ignore certain git versions(tags) in git history

Add a property in setup.cfg called something like "ignore-versions" so that we could specify a list of git versions that PBR should ignore while building a project. It would be very useful when we pushed a wrong git tag which can't actually delete.
example:
ignore-versions = 2015.1b1, 1.0.0.0b1
