A QT4 version of the program to help cross-platform compatibility

A clone of the GTK3 version in QT4 that can start off as the Mac version (due to GTK's low compatibility with Mac) and eventually become the main version for both Mac and Windows when it becomes more stable. The GTK version could still be given as an alternative version for Windows and the main version for Linux with the QT version as an alternative on the Linux platform.
