When you drag an image file onto wallpaper, it should display a rounded rectangle with the new wallpaper in it, and then set that wallpaper on drop.

This could be nice, however the wallpaper might act as more of a "throw away" in certain cases. For example, dragging an icon off of the dock into an empty area throws it away. There has also been discussion about making this work in other apps, like a mail client. Want to delete a message? Toss it out of the window. Want to delete an image? Toss it out of the file manager or photo app. Which is where we run into our problem. ~cassidyjames
