Opening a second Terminal should open a new tab instead

Similiarly to Pantheon Files, middle clicking on Terminal icon when terminal running should open a new tab (and bring the running terminal window in focus). Opening a new window should be done through the right click dialog in Plank (similiarly to the way Pantheon Files does things). Pressing the Super+t shortcut should also open a new tab instead of opening a new window.
