Add Ctrl+t shortcut to generate a new tab in Terminal

As far as I can tell the Ctrl+t command does nothing in terminal. It'd be nice if it could be used to launch a new tab, since it is currently unused and it is also the default "new tab" command in many places (e.g: Files, Chrome, Midori, etc)

This can't be done due to some command line programs using this very keybind for their function, so if one is to rebind the new tab keybind to it, it breaks those functions. -- lains
