Create a complete plug template
We should provide a plug template, complete with a build system and Debian packaging, and provide docs (README, HACKING.txt, ?) on building and customizing it.

The problem about the current template is that it has completely template-ihs packaging and build system, but the code is real, not a template. We should have a separate branch for a sample plug and not mix it with the template.
So we'll have to make a separate branch with the sample code and all the templates in action. ~shnatsel
