Mockup looks great!
Some amendments:
* Scale is always on because it's a dock item, don't provide a switch for it
* When desktop style is set to Cube, Cylinder or Sphere, vertical size is set to 1 and is insensitive
* Accessibility tab should probably go to accessibility plug
There's also transparency on dragging which is a good idea but was reverted in ubuntu because people complained it lags on slow machines
I'm not sure what to do about it; shall we introduce performance profiles like gnome did or what?
