Show Info on photo hover

It would be cool if we showed some basic info on hovering the photo.
Originally there was an idea around using granite's overlay bar, but I think since we have such a large thumbnail to work with it, we should take advantage of that.

I made a mock showing some photo metadata overlayed on hover
Implementing this would of course negate the need for the display options for title, ratings, and comments.
