Enable zooming for reading mails

Enable zoom in and out when reading a mail. The user should be able to use ctrl + mouse wheel or ctrl + +/- for zooming in and out. Nearly all email clients have this feature and mail should have it also. For hdpi displays or when using e.g. a 13" notebook with full-hd it would also be very important.
