Files should create new folders by dragging one file to another

I think Files should have this awesome feature :)
Drag and drop one file (or group) to another file (or group) creating new folder contains all of this files :)

What about dragging over archive? Wouldn't file get added into an archive? Probably yes. But that may make some users unsure about what will happen. Are there any other cases where dragging files over files should have an effect?
BTW if you have two groups of files, wouldn't it be easier to select both groups and click "create folder containing selected files"? ~grzesiek1e5

Dropping a file onto a program opens the file with the program, but maybe it could go in the right button drag-drop menu?
