All partitions/drives should be mounted upon boot/login.

Currently, this is a pain and a problem, as when one opens a program, and subsequently attempts to access a file, (e.g.- a piece of music in noise), the app will register the file as being non-existent or unavailable if said file is on any partition or drive other than that which Elementary is installed on -as Files/eOS does not mount all drives/partitions at boot/login.
This should be changed, to ensure ease of use and lack of confusion.
