While Files is undergoing a significant improvement of the inner handling of "Windows network" (shared SAMBA server), Files could use some work (mainly on the UI) side to make it more enjoyable to use as far as network folders are concerned.

This branch provides a vala implementation the connect to server dialog

It would be a nice starting point for all work related to that dialog.

1. Fix basic file operations for remote folders, as far as the backend allows, and where not possible, act gracefully.

2. Deal gracefully with loss of connection to server, either due to connection problem or server problem, either during browsing or when FIles is re-opened.
