Rethink Menu Separators

Currently there's just a separator in between like every item. We should sit down and figure out good categories and discuss why things are separated

Separators are automatically added between menu sections by GMenu. Using sections gives flexibility as to what is shown in the menu under different circumstances so as far as possible sections should be defined to contain items that always appear (or not appear) together. Otherwise, individual items within items can be greyed out when not applicable.
