Add "Copy/Move to" folders open in other instaces

This is thought to replace the split pane, which tries to emulate WM's work, but add its usefulness.
The main point of the split pane was to quickly have a "Copy/Move to Other Pane" in the context menu, thus I propose to add those items pointing to places open in other instances of Files.
Benefits:
- More than one destination, while they're all probably important
- More complex window positioning since this is now up to the WM
- You're not forced to view the destination (which takes up screen space)

This has been implemented with New Window hotkey and Open in New Window context option. Also, drag tab to window is implemented.
