Add the capability to mark a folder as shared to share with a local network

Nautilus lets you mark a folder as shared quite easily. Simply right click on the folder, go to Share tab and check the appropriate options. Files has nothing like this and it really should because it can make the transfer of files over a wifi network really convenient.
