Volumetric Lighting

A CommonFilters implementation of screen-space volumetric lighting approximation (the technique Crysis uses and is described in NVIDIA GPU Gems 3 chapter 13) would certainly attract people to Panda3D and can produce some real cool graphics. This would be another addition to Panda3D that shows off next-gen graphics.
