Installer binaries for Mac OSX.

Registered by rdb

We need pre-built binaries for OSX with each release. For that, we'd need to port makepanda to work with OSX and add capability to it to automatically generate an installer.

Whiteboard

9-10-2008: Its almost finished. We're just finetuning it, and there are still just to thirdparty libs remaining (ffmpeg and ode)

16-10-2008: Checked into CVS. Following problems still there:
* <auto> not entirely recognized yet, although I fixed most of the problem regarding it
* something's still wrong regarding .so / .dylib

19-10-2008: Good to go. Everything is checked into CVS. The one thing that needs changed is the extension from .so to .dylib in direct/src/extensions_native/extension_native_helpers.py.

21-10-2008: Everything's working now after a clean checkout. Marked as "Deployment".
Things still to do:
- fcollada
- ffmpeg (Curse it with its nonrelocatable inline assembly!)

25-02-2008: Everything works, except for maya and ffmpeg. I'm not gonna make ffmpeg anymore (I've tried it for months now, but to no avail) and working on Maya. Marking as 'Implemented' because the basic spec is done.
