Editor for collision bodies

Currently it's possible to attach primitives like spheres or capsules to collision nodes. It would be nice to have a graphical editor for that, where you see your 3d model and where you can place your solids or preview collision meshes from egg files.
The created collision bodies can then be saved separately or within the original egg files.

Optional features:
- Treeform's occtree script with realtime output visualization
- Taking faces/edges from the original model and define them as collision polygons/segments
