Add "reply_to" variable to "msg" objects

The "msg" object send to plugins should have a "reply_to" variable (msg.reply_to), equal to "msg.chan" if the message was send to a channel or "msg.user.name" if it was in a query. This will make it easier to let plugins work in queries, without having to check the value of "msg.chan" manually.
