Plug-in for Karma stats
karma-plugin counts how often ++ or -- is appended to any word. ++ increases the karma of this word, -- decreases it. Messages from IRC users could look like these examples:
ni++
therefore i give ni--
It doesn't matter where word+(++||--) sequence is situated in the sentence as long as it is surrounded by spaces. A practical use for karma-plugin is honoring users by giving them karma and punishing them by taking some.
There should also be nice stats for each word.

Whiteboard
I'm -1 about this plugin. In #austriangeekorce rbot's karma plugin caused some social problems in the past. Imho it's utterly useless anyway.

Providing this plug-in with P1tr is almost necessary because modern IRC bots usually support some kind of karma plug-in. But I agree with you that it causes problems, at least in our channel, so I'm -1 for the activation of karma-plugin in #austriangeekforce as soon as P1tr is ready for productional use.
