Check resource consumption with a benchmark
Currently we know very few about which resource amounts P1tr consumes, so it would be very useful to have a standalone script or a plugin which surveys that.
Interesting points would be response time in IRC, server lag, CPU load, and memory use.

Optimizing has a very low priority ( at leas for me).
We should think about this after most of the features are implement.

A function to provide information about CPU and memory consumption is provided within the info plugin (command: info resources). There is also a function to show P1tr's uptime. IRC and response lag information can be added to the info plugin as well, so I declare this blueprint superseded.
