Change the directory structure in order to support the openEHR package recomendations

Organize the module directory structures to follow the openEHR package recomendations as close as possible. All packages related to the reference model must be included into the rm directory of the oship root development directory. They also must include all possible package openEHR recomendations, providing a more cohesive maintenance and a easy understanding of the responsibilities of each module.
