Develop an interface with Mirth

Most existing systems use HL7 v2 messages to exchange healthcare information. The open source Mirth HL7 engine provides the ability to do the translations between HL7 based systems. OSHIP needs to have an API that can interact with Mirth in order to exchange data between archetype based data and HL7 messages. Using the Mirth engine API will speed up this process.
