Update to Grok 1.2.1 and Python 2.7

The full specification should be crated on oship.org. We need to look at upgrading to Grok 1.2.1. This reduces the footprint considerably and there are a number of bug fixes in the underlying packages. We can also reduce newbie installation issues since we will not need a virtual environment anymore. The biggest change I am aware of is that the testframework has been changed to use the Python one as opposed to the zope specific framework. Reports are that Grok 1.2.1 works with Python 2.7. Major linux distributions are moving to use Python 2.7 as the default version.
