Develop an API for Google Health

Registered by Tim Cook

It is expected that applications developed on OSHIP will cover the spectrum of healthcare such as small specialist offices, health research projects and even health clubs. It is essential that users of Google Health be able to transfer that information from these specialist applications to their Google Health record.

Whiteboard

After careful review of the terms of service for the GH API http://services.google.com/events/googhealthdevelopers it is very clear that the API is for use only in the USA. It also seems that we do not have rights to redistribute the GDATA APIs.

However, if we get developers from and living in the USA they may develop a test application with GH, document it well and we can include that documentation.

Should we keep this Blueprint alive at all for this purpose?
