OSHIP Decision Support Engine
We gather healthcare information for many reasons but most often to build a history in order to perform future diagnosis, measure responses to treatment and provide research information across populations. With the computability capability of the openEHR implementations; the ability to perform computer based inference is possible.
CLIPS is often considered the "inference engine reference implementation". PyClips is a Python interface to the CLIPS engine. This functionality will be a huge step to true automated decision support for all OSHIP applications.
