Update the PPA for the active Ubuntu Versions

The PPA needs to be supported for all the active versions of Ubuntu, since STS are supported for 3 years and LTS for 5, this gives us a maximum of 7 packages in any point in time. To have a test system for them all:
Document the chroot technique
Recreate and test the package in chrooted environments
