Add support for Hyper-V Network Virtualization

Windows / Hyper-V Server 2016 introduced a new Network Controller
server role.
The new Network Controller introduces new features for Hyper-V, such
as VXLAN support, Software Load Balancer, RAS Gateway management etc.
In order to have one virtual machine managed by the Network
Controller on vmswitch the Switch Port Profile feature
is needed.
