Visibility of reverse point indicator

Currently only a tip of the arrow of the reverse point indicator is visible when the train ahead indicator is also displayed as the reverse point indicator is displayed, behind the train ahead indicator. This should be adjusted so that the reverser point indicator is always on top and therefore always visible.
